An Oregon non-profit watchdog group claims that Oregon’s biggest private employer pays little or no state corporate income tax despite many billions in annual profits. The Oregon Center for Public Policy says Intel and other large Oregon Corporations enjoy many exemptions, incentives and loopholes that enable them to pay far less than they should into Oregon’s cash strapped law enforcement, education, and health care safety nets that have been battered by the recession.
