Metropolitan areas around Oregon saw a steady 7.3% in Portland, a slight bump up to 8% in Eugene, Corvallis at 6% for both July and August, Medford area rose from 9.5% to 9.8%. Salem rose slightly to 8.4% and Bend held steady at an even 10%.
