Willamette Writers Coast Branch Welcomes Matt Love
As part of the ongoing Writers on Writing series offered by the Coast Chapter of Willamette Writers, author Matt Love will offer a Rain Writing Workshop. As Mr. Love describes his workshop, “Rain is a ubiquitous and essential part of living on the Oregon Coast, but many people consider it only as weather and something to measure. There’s a lot more to it than that. In this workshop, participants will consider rain as a subject for prose and poetry and explore their personal connection to rain.”
This Willamette Writers event takes place from 7:00 to 8:30 pm on Tuesday, September 17th in the Newport Public Library’s McEntee meeting room at 35 NW Nye Street in Newport. The event is free and open to the public.
