Michael Boysen, who went to a welcome home (from prison) party at his maternal grandparents house last March, and who is accused of murdering them both, apparently will not face the death penalty if convicted of the crimes.
Boysen was later discovered holed up in a Lincoln City motel a couple of days after the murders and after a long stand-off with Oregon State Police SWAT they finally captured him.
