When you think of a pedigree, you think of show dogs, fast horses and now, fish. Yup, fish now come with papers. Or at least with something on paper that shows the buyer or diner where their fish came from, when, and who landed it.
It’s called Fish Trax, and was developed by a local tech guy who wanted to add a sense of accountability for buyers of fish either wholesale, retail or in a restaurant, to ensure the fish was properly caught, is not being over-fished and is of good quality.
