From: “Thursday Toledo Street Market News”
The Thursday Toledo Street Market will be busy this Thursday fulfilling its “Everything Under the Sun” motto with not only a beautiful sunny day but beautiful hand crafted wood furniture, hand joined wooden kitchen items, wood burned game boards and other wood items honoring the “River Heritage” themed Ninth Annual Wooden Boat Show at the Port of Toledo this weekend August 17th and 18th.
The Thursday Street Market vendors and Main Street merchants are ready to welcome the many people who travel to Toledo for the Wooden Boat Show with crafts, art, jewelry, knit goods, hand stitched goods, produce, collectibles, and plenty of small town pride. Nowhere else on Oregon’s Central Coast can so many unique items be found during a leisurely stroll down Main Street.
The Thursday Toledo Street Market is open from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. with vendors ready to help you find that special something along Main Street. Follow the signs from Hwy20 to Main Street. The Railroad Museum and History Museum will be open and brochures that tell the history of Toledo are available at the Market Managers table. For information about the market you may contact Carol Boysun at (541) 336-2064.
