Lincoln Soil and Water Conservation District will be offering a native plant sale pre order in August and early September for Lincoln County residents who are interested in improving the wildlife habitat in their backyard or are looking to do some serious restoration. A wide variety of native plants, typically only available for wholesale orders, will be available for preorder (to pick up in December). Lincoln SWCD watershed technical specialist can also provide technical assistance to residents interested in a restoration or habitat enhancement project regardless of whether they live in the city or have thousands of feet of river bank in a rural area. Contact Josh Lambert at Lincoln SWCD at 541-265-2631 or by email, email@example.com to receive a 2013 Native Plant Guide and Order Form via email. Preorder ends September 6th.
Lincoln Soil and Water Conservation District is another local organization that provides technical and financial assistance for urban and rural residents to assist with conservation and restoration projects. We also provide native plant material for residents that cannot find suitable material locally.
