8:45pm update
Traffic has been reduced to one lane on Highway 18 about seven miles east of Lincoln City. Looks possibly like a rear-ender accident in the Rose Lodge area. Driver’s side door looks to have been removed by fire rescue personnel. No word on injuries. This accident should clear pretty quickly once the tow trucks remove the wreckage.
