Oregon Congressman Kurt Schrader’s campaign account pilfered for $20K – money went to a mortgage payment and a new car.
Congressman Kurt Schrader’s election campaign account was defrauded of over twenty thousand dollars during the months of May and April. Major hits included a mortgage payment in Florida and the purchase of a new car. The account was with Columbia State Bank which made good on the loss. The account was then closed.
Rep. Schrader’s office says an investigation cleared everyone associated with his campaign and office.
