The driver of the car that sideswiped a car in Aloha then careened across the pavement, down a driveway and killed Kylie Hornych will not be charged in connection with the incident.
The 11 year old girl, who had just recently moved to Aloha with her family, was fatally injured as the car hit her, trapping her under the car. Washington County District Attorney said as tragic as the incident was, there was no grounds to charge the driver of the car because he suffered a sudden unanticipated worsening of a medical problem.
