Windermere is responsible for today’s great weather – They needed sunshine to see what they were doing!
Windermere Community Service Day
Every year Windermere closes its offices for one day to help make a positive difference in our local communities. It all started in 1984 when a handful of Windermere owners and agents came together to make repairs at a Seattle-area elementary school. Nearly three decades and more than 800,000 hours of community service later, we’ve continued this tradition through neighborhood-enhancing projects in the areas where our Windermere teams live, work, and play.

The Newport & Seal Rock offices chose to spruce up the marquee and flower bed at Newport’s Performing Arts Center. Thank you to Mother Nature for not raining on our service day, it would have made for a lousy paint job! Thanks to Western Title for the donuts, they were tasty! Thanks to all the passers-by who honked, waved, and gave words of encouragement. We had a fun time and it was satisfying to step back and look at the end result!
