Suicidal jumper talked out of following up on his threat at Boiler Bay
Officers have talked a would be suicidal jumper from ending his life at Boiler Bay. While his wife and a small crowd of people looked on, officers contacted the distraught man and managed to apprehend him from his perch high above a rocky shore below.
The man is in custody and is being examined by paramedics.
