3:05pm Update
Woman headed northbound in a Toyota Prius left the road, down a steep embankment through a forest of blackberry bushes and rolled up on its top, but not before snapping a power pole guy wire. The solo lady driver was removed from the wreck and transported to PCH with what was reported to be minor injuries. No word on why she left the road.
