An overturned chip truck is blocking the eastbound lane of OR 22 (Three Rivers Hwy.)in Yamhill County, approximately four miles west of Grand Ronde. Traffic is being flagged through the area in alternating directions. Motorists should expect delays during the next few hours and intermittent closures of the highway while the truck and debris are removed.
