Found at Eckman Lake
East of Waldport
A sweet lady dog named Kiah (as it turns out), who is deaf, apparently wandered away from her Waldport home. Kiah loves kids so she may have followed them down the road a ways until she got lost. The finding family soon hooked up with the distressed family and tonight all is well again in Waldport.
