Canola growers win battle over where to plant their crops in the Willamette Valley – mixing organics and genetically modified seeds
In what for some is a grand experiment that could prove terribly damaging for organically grown food in the Willamette Valley, the state Department of Agriculture has decided that the concerns raised by organic farmers that genetically modified seeds of Canola can affect their crops, the experiment should move forward anyway.
