Photographer Terry Smith catches Mother Nature between cloud bursts – sunrise!
Terry Smith photoPhotographers around here can be shooting all day and it doesn’t even seem possible they were shooting on the same day. The weather on the Oregon Coast can have pockets of torrential rain going on in one area, then five miles down the road you think you’re in Indian Summer, then it’s black ice, frosted trees and beautiful wildlife foraging for green shoots.
And such it was today, with day long, back to back down pours. But photographer Terry Smith was up early to capture something “completely different.” A stunning sunrise on the Yaquina River taken near the LNG tank off the east end of the International Terminal. A classic! Thanks Terry for sharing with us.
