Toledo area man busted on charges of illegal hunting
A fairly lengthy investigation by Oregon Fish and Wildlife troopers led to the arrest of a Toledo man on charges of illegal hunting.
Troopers say that they served a search warrant at a Toledo area home, the residence of Joshuah Burnham, 29. While inside the home they confiscated a mounted 7 x 7 Roosevelt Elk.
Troopers led Burnham away to jail where he was booked for three counts of Criminal Trespass, three counts of Hunting on the Enclosed Lands of Another and Unlawful Possession of a Roosevelt Bull Elk.
