Everybody loves to get out and dig around in the dirt now and then. But there are others who do it with a passion and who would like to impart their fabulous addiction to all things green and brown to those who are similarly inclined.
Lincoln County’s Master Gardeners are teaching the basics of what must happen before green things start shooting up out of the fertile ground. It’s called composting and the the Master Gardeners are conducting a course for those who want to unlock the secrets of what you get when micro-organisms are mixed with kitchen scraps, organic matter, water, air and worms…and how they all get along famously while they orchestrate the very stuff fruits, vegies and other green things love to grow in.
So…what are you waiting for!? Sign up today for this glorious Master Composter Class sponsored by Oregon State University’s Lincoln County Extension.
