Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation Executive Director Phil Selinger invites train-loving Oregon families from the four corners of the state to converge on the long-awaited grand opening of the Oregon Rail Heritage Center in Portland this weekend. The centerpiece of the collection is the Southern Pacific 4449 engine that famously pulled the American Freedom train around the nation during the U.S. Bicentennial in 1975 and 1976.
