On Saturday night at 8:50 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a reported driving complaint in Toledo, OR. The caller reported that a silver Honda was seen driving erratically through Toledo in the area of Mike’s Mercantile. Deputies responded to the area and located the vehicle in the parking lot of Mike’s Mercantile with the motor running and bearing the same license plates as provided by the complainant.
Deputies made contact with the driver, Misty Ann Estelle, 38, of Siletz, OR, and during the contact Deputies noticed signs of impairment. A DUII investigation was conducted and after failing field sobriety tests, Estelle was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, and or, Controlled Substances. During a search of Estelle’s vehicle, Deputies found methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia.
Estelle was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged on one count of DUII (controlled substance) and one count of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, with bail set at $65,000.
