A car with a person in it is reported hanging over a drop off on Yachats Ocean Road. It’s not known whether the person is injured, but the car the person is in is described as hanging over a drop off. One neighbor called it a cliff and said the vehicle is teetering and in danger of falling over the side and into the ocean.
