Albany man arrested on suspicion of sexually harrassing 11 and 12 year old girls at Oregon Coast Aquarium
An Albany man was booked into the Lincoln County Jail Saturday after witnesses say they saw Benjamin Dean in appropriately touch two girls, age 11 and 12, as they participated in science projects at the Oregon Coast Aquarium.
The girls reported that they were, in fact, touched in inappropriate ways. Police say they were not injured. Police say Dean is employed by an outside organization, NOT the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Dean was at the facility to monitor students taking part in the event.
Dean was taken into custody on two counts of Sexual Abuse and two counts of Harrassment. He was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail in lieu of $60,000 bail.
