Long closed Big Guys Diner site to possibly become the new home of a new O’Reilly’s Auto Parts store
The long-closed Big Guys Diner, across from Sea Towne on Highway 101 in Newport, may soon be sporting a new business on the site. Newport planning officials say that O’Reilly’s Auto Parts is verifying the zoning and other aspects to the property with an eye to building a new auto parts store on the site. They said O’Reilly’s has also contacted a sign company as well.
O’Reilly’s Auto Parts is a fast growing national auto parts company with outlets throughout Oregon and the country except New England.
