The Basic Forestry Short Course
The Oregon State University Lincoln County Extension Service is offering the Basic Forestry Short Course as an introduction to forest management for new and potential woodland owners or for those just interested in learning about forest management. It covers what you need to know and who you might want to contact to begin managing your forest.
Class size is limited so register early – Registration deadline is Monday, April 16. Cost for the course and materials is $40 per person or $60 per couple (share the materials). There are 5 evening sessions (6PM-8:30PM) on April 19, May 3, May 17, May 31 and June 14, and a one-day field session on June 16.
