Police say that over the past several days they received a number of reports from business owners, school officials and residents of numerous incidents of graphic graffiti being spray-painted on walls, signs and other surfaces. Police report that a couple of business owners painted over the graffiti only to come back the next day to find they had been hit again.
At one business, surveillance video caught images of the sprayers in the act of defacing a wall. Police recognized the two and apprehended them both. Nolan Dean, 19 and Westin Burn, 18 were handcuffed and taken to the Lincoln County Jail where they were booked on ten counts each of malicious mischief and were being held on $150,000 bond apiece.
