Firefighters, police, postal carriers and utility workers all come from the same gene pool. They do what they have to do to get the job done. In this case, the PUD’ers had to row out (no motor) to where the problem was so they could restore power on Highway 20 just west of Toledo. So if you can read this, thank them for their work. Looks quite cold and breezy up there.
