Bill Hall & the Commission on Children and Families is seeking community leaders to participate in the Lincoln City PHC Steering Committee. Attend the community call to action meeting and learn how you can help expand Lincoln City’s ability to support homeless initiatives and service interventions that provide homeless individuals and families a connection to their community.
