A long and persistent recession and better deals becoming more available online, more Americans are shopping with their computers this season than during any holiday season in the past. In some states, they’re keying in on the fact they don’t have to pay sales taxes which creates a large savings depending on their holiday shopping budget. (Doesn’t apply to Oregon of course, we have no sales tax).
