After receiving a burglar alarm from the Eagles Lodge on SE 2nd, Toledo Police report that they raced over to find two men at the lodge; one inside, one outside. The one outside said he was just walking around and that he was alone. Cody Kasper was detained. Police noticed an open window and soon discovered who police identified as Bryan Foss inside. But Foss was unwilling to surrender himself. After tussling with an officer, police say Foss jumped out a window and took off running.
A police officer caught up with him just after he had just fallen into a ditch. When Foss resisted arrest again, the officer tased him.
Foss and Kasper were transported to the Lincoln County Jail where Kasper was booked for burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary. Kasper is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail. Foss was booked for burglary, conspiracy, and resisting arrest. Foss also remains in jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
