LEGAL AID IS OPEN TO WALK-IN CLIENTS – MASKS ARE REQUIRED
Although, given the on-going pandemic, we still prefer to communicate with the public by telephone and email as much as possible, we have opened our doors for walk-in clients. Everyone entering the Legal Aid office must wear a mask. If clients do not have a mask, we will provide them with one. Anyone who exhibits any COVID symptoms, or who has come into contact with someone who has COVID, should contact us by phone or email only.

Our office is located in Newport on Hwy 101, on the corner of Lee Street, across from the Bank of the West. Our street address is 304 SW Coast Highway, Newport.
Our office hours have changed, slightly. We are open to the public on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, from 10am—Noon and from 1pm—3pm. During those hours, our doors are open and our phones will ring through to our staff. During the rest of the business week, when we are not open to the public, all calls go to voice mail which is monitored regularly. Calls and email messages will be returned Monday-Friday, except for holidays.
