9:45am Report of a vehicle that accidentally hit a bicylist at 101 and Bernard Street south of Ona Beach.
9:50am Law enforcement and ambulance crews said upon arrival there was no sign of the bicyclist. Law Enforcement has caught up with the vehicle just south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge in Newport.
9:54am Law Enforcement has caught up with the bicyclist at a pull-out just south of Seal Rock.
