Out-building near 423 No. Charmwood goes up in flames…
A fire erupted in an inhabited out-building at 423 North Charmwood Loop early this morning. The fire drove the tenant out of the building but he managed to get a call to the fire department.
The fire spread very quickly forcing the tenant outside to wait for a firefighting crew from Otis. When they arrived on scene the out-building was totally aflame. The building was a complete loss. Fortunately there was no damage to the main dwelling across the driveway.
No word yet on what caused the fire.
