Highway 101 resembles a parking lot due to two traffic crashes
1:45pm Highway 101 remains a vast parking lot from south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge to waaaaay down the coast. Two accidents have basically shut down Highway 101 south of Newport. It’s very, very slow going. It’ll take a while to get all those vehicles cleared out and restore normal traffic.
