CC Symphony Association knows how to make children emit a Joyful Noise!!

Joyful Noise Carson Children’s Choir
Boys and girls ages 4 to12 are welcome. We meet Thursdays from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m., upstairs at the First United Methodist Church, 412 W. Musser Street in Carson City. Participation is free; donations and Symphony Association memberships are appreciated. Masks are required. Consort Canzona Early Music Instrumental Ensemble
We have openings for experienced recorder players. We play music mainly from the Renaissance through the Baroque periods. Group meets Mondays at 7:00 p.m. at the Carson City Senior Center, 911 Beverly Drive. Current COVID-19 guidelines require face masks be worn in the building except when playing, and that musicians be fully vaccinated. Participation is free; donations and Symphony Association memberships are welcome. Not Quite Ready for Carnegie Hall Players Adult Strings 
Advanced beginner and intermediate string players – violin, viola, cello, bass – are invited. We meet Thursdays from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Carson City Senior Center, 911 Beverly Drive. This drop-in activity, led by Symphony Associate Concertmaster Laura Gibson, has no auditions and no fees, although donations and Symphony Association memberships are welcome. We even provide the sheet music! Current guidelines require face masks be worn in the building.
