ODOT has advised that the single lane closure on the Yaquina Bay Bridge is extended through the morning of August 26th. Closures are anticipated to be from 7 PM until 6 AM. There will be message signs warning of construction north and south of the bridge.
Also, on Thursday, in preparation for the paving of 101 as a part of the South Beach project, the temporary RRFB at the south end of the bridge will be removed. This is a planned staged change. The purpose of the temporary RRFB was for people to cross if the sidewalk was closed on the bridge. Currently, both sidewalks are open on the bridge.
