Lincoln County Historical Society’s bayfront facility opens to the public with new pedestrian access improvements on July 1, 2021.
LCHS will be reopening the PMHC to the public starting July 1, 2021. The facility located at 333 SE Bay Blvd will be open Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Parking is located next to the museum entrance. Masks are currently required.
LCHS also wishes to invite the community to our ribbon cutting for the new pedestrian access pathway at the Pacific Maritime Heritage Center on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Following the ribbon cutting ceremony and remarks, we invite attendees to enjoy some of the new Ebb & Flow videos in the Doerfler Family Theater.
The LCHS staff and board have been hard at work over the past year on a variety of improvements to our facilities and are excited to welcome in the public once more. While we will not be holding our usual 4th of July fireworks reception at the PMHC this year, we will be open during normal museum hours until 4:00 pm on the 4th with free admission for members for the day, $5 for nonmembers, and children 12 and under free.
