Phone outage in Lincoln County
Phone service in various areas of Lincoln County was interrupted earlier this morning. So far Newport and Toledo are back up and running. Lincoln City is currently without phone service.
If there’s an emergency, you can call Toledo Police dispatch at 541-336-5555. Repair crews are working on the fix. They just got Newport back up and running, so it shouldn’t be too long. Cause of the outage not yet announced.
