Lincoln City: Car left NE 17th hanging over a cliff
8:23pm Report of a lady trapped inside her car which is hanging over a cliff in Lincoln City at NE 17th and NE Port Streets. The lady driver is reported to be elderly and is awaiting rescue by North Lincoln Fire-Rescue.
8:27pm Lady’s car is up against a tree which is preventing her from going over the cliff.
