4:26pm Some sort of electrical fire inside the Lincoln City Outlet Mall. There is smoke over an area of the facility.
4:32pm Arriving firefighters say the back door to a store is still locked shut.
4L33pm Door to the inside of the mall, in the rear, has been opened by firefighters.
