Newport: Possible house fire south of 6225 Highway 101
2:35pm Report of a possible house fire just south of 6225 North Coast Highway. One caller to 9-1-1 indicated it’s a big backyard burn…and there’s a lot of smoke rising in the air.
2:42pm Firefighters arriving on scene report it’s a rather large illegal back yard burn.
