Rescue crew headed to Immonen Road milemarker 4 – occupants trapped in a rolled vehicle
6:32pm Report of two people trapped in an upside down pickup off Immonen Road near milepost 4. Reports say two occupants in the vehicle slid off the road and rolled down a steep 20 foot embankment. Roads in the area are said to be icy.
6:45pm Occupants of the pickup say they’re not injured but they’re trapped in the vehicle that is upside down and wrapped around a tree.
6:50pm Sheriff’s deputy is down with the victims. The deputy has pulled a male out of the wreckage. Rescue personnel are now concentrating on getting an elderly woman out as well. Appears they’re going to have to extricate her through the windshield.
