6:55pm Report of a house fire off Highway 34 about 7 miles east of Waldport. Central Coast Firefighters are enroute.
7:08pm Firefighters say it’s a legal control burn. No threat to surrounding properties.
7:24pm Reporting party from the scene says it’s a recreational fire and is confined to a small space.
