Car hits what was thought to be a pedestrian in Depoe Bay
4:15pm A rather bizarre scene in Depoe Bay this afternoon as a vehicle hit a dog. But then the driver stopped, put the dog into his truck and headed off to what was believed to be a veterinary hospital to treat the dog for whatever injuries it suffered.
