9:30pm: Report of a house fire at 345 Oceanview Street, Depoe Bay. Residents have evacuated the home. They tried to spray the fire with hose, but the fire grew too fast. North Lincoln and Newport firefighters are enroute to help.
The fire is burning in a duplex. Fire started in one of them and they couldn’t put it out. The family next door in the other unit has now evacuated as well. Family where the fire broke out are being given shelter by the Red Cross. Duplex fire very severe.
