Two vehicle crash south of Yachats – Cooks Chasm area – Mother & Children injured
4:45pm – Report of a two vehicle accident on Highway 101 near Cape Perpetua, well south of Yachats. Mother and children are reportedly injured. Pretty isolated area – will take some time for emergency responders to get there. One vehicle is reportedly up against a highway guard rail.
