Looking to eat healthier?
Learn to make healthy drinks with Ester Robles on Jan 11 from 3:00-7:00 pm. Just $45.00 each.

Dance Fit is a fun new aerobic dance workout with Victor Cortez on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00-9:00 am. Drop in for just $7.00.
On a Roll, with Jamie Butler, is 30 minutes of muscle relaxation and tension relief through guided foam roller movements and mat stretches. Each class will be dedicated to one set of opposing muscle groups and paired with a complimentary mat stretch. Class will be on Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 10:00 am for $7.00 drop in.
On the Ball, with Jamie Butler, is a class geared to all levels focusing on core workouts using fit balls to improve balance and muscle tone. This class will be on Tuesdays from 12:15 to 12:45 pm for $7.00 drop in. Wow, that should fit perfectly in a lunch hour.
Gentle Flow Yoga with Sallie Inman is a great class for beginners. Class is Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:15 pm. Drop in for $10.00.
Looking for more Art in your life?
Lisa Hall offers a Paper & Mixed Media Art class with a wooden art project on Jan 15 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Just $20.00 each. You take home a completed project at the end of the class.
Ester Robles will teach Jewelry Making for Adults Saturday, Feb 8 from 3:00-5:00 pm, and Gift Box making from 5:00-7:00 pm the same day.
