Somebody built a tiny warming fire in front of Newport City Hall
12:43pm – Somebody started a small warming fire in front of Newport City Hall, either in or near the bus shelter. Newport Fire is enroute to the scene. It’s just barely 40 degrees outside.
12:46pm – Firefighters say a small fire had been put out before firefighters arrived. Returning to station.
