Newport Public Library’s Centennial Book Challenge
Staff at the Newport Public Library are excited to announce that the Library is turning 100! The Newport Public Library is kicking off celebrations of its 100th year during September 2019. As part of our efforts to celebrate the centennial at the library, we are issuing a Centennial Book Challenge to read a 100 books from Sunday, September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020. Take the Centennial Book Challenge at the Newport Public Library, 35 NW Nye Street.
Read 100 books (or eBooks or audiobooks) and win prizes along the way. For every 25 books (or eBooks or audiobooks) individuals read, bring your reading log to the library’s circulation counter to receive prizes!

Read 50 books, eBooks or audiobooks
Read 75 books, eBooks or audiobooks
Read 100 books, eBooks or audiobooks by August 31, 2020
