Marine: Oregon State University will be conducting oceanographic research off the Oregon coast near Newport from 19 April to 23 April 2019, Yaquina Head out 15 NM on the Oregon shelf. The Research Vessel Oceanus will operate 24 hours a day and conduct net tows, work on moored sensors and collect core samples between a location approximately 1 NM southwest of Yaquina Head westward approximately 10 NM to position 44-38-31.2W, 124-18-28.8W.
